One month ago we closed on our new home and construction started the next morning! Unbelievable progress has been made in 30 days thanks to great weather, top notch planning, and hard-working skilled professionals. When I drove by this morning, there were many trucks out front and lots of guys moving around the property. I even saw Lamont (brick mason) - probably checking to see the progress for himself.
Fred and I stopped by this evening and took some pictures. The fireplace has been framed in, ductwork was run, vents were put in their ceiling homes, framing for the facia was completed, and the pocket door metal frames were installed.
